Payment is required on the day of your appointment. A receipt will be provided following your session.

If you have a valid referral from your GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate. Medicare rebates are processed on the day of your appointment through the booking system - no paperwork required.
With a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP:

Medicare rebate amounts are set by Medicare and may change over time. If you have reached the Medicare Safety Net threshold, your rebate may be higher.
If your private health insurance extras cover includes psychology, you may be eligible for a rebate. Rebate amounts vary depending on your level of cover - please contact your health fund directly to confirm your eligibility.
Medicare and private health insurance cannot both be claimed for the same appointment.
Appointments may be funded through third-party organisations. If your funding has been approved, an invoice and receipt can be provided for reimbursement where appropriate.
Standard consultation fees apply unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed.
